tooling: removal of python-based ss SideStepper v4 (i2/a4)
ReStepper v12 automatically retrieves the latest rust-based binary for the appropriate platform and uses that, so there's no need to keep the old SideStepper Signed-off-by: pysgodyn <pysgodyn@noreply.localhost>
